Ingredients (serves 1–2)
2–3 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
4–5 slices salami, chopped
4–5 slices pepperoni or ham, chopped
2 slices provolone or mozzarella, chopped
¼ cup banana peppers (the secret ingredient)
½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp parmesan (optional but chef’s kiss)
Croutons (optional for crunch)
Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt + black pepper

How to Make It
